Interview testing complements online placement

In a telephone call the assessor evaluates the employee's spoken communication skills and listening skills. The employee is placed at a level which corresponds to a Common European Framework (CEF) level. The structured interview format can be used as a placement assessment as well as an end-of-course test.  

The interviews are carried out by trainers who SKYLIGHT has specifically trained as assessors.
