Online placement testing and needs analysis

Would you like to discover a standardised way of defining your employees´needs regarding international business communication skills? GOALS enables your employees to define the communication skills that their jobs require. The first step is an online placement test, based on the Common European Framework. 

This is followed by the needs analysis which is the basis for a targeted and successful training course. It is carried out online and on a self-assessment basis, preferably together with the employee´s manager. The analysis is based on can-do statements which describe the competencies required in different business function areas. It is rounded off by an interview carried out by the trainer.
