Assessing oral skills

As in the pre-course assessment, the assessor evaluates the employee's spoken communication and listening skills in a 20 minute telephone call. The employee is placed at a level which corresponds to a Common European Framework (CEF) level and shows whether the employee has reached his target level or not. The assessor gives direct feedback to the employee, the training manager and the manager, where appropriate.
