How can language learners practise the target language in realistic business oriented situations?

The scenario technique, applied by qualified CLTC-C trainers, offers a good opportunity to use the target language in a chain of communication activities which lead to a specific goal. The eCLTC platform enables employees to practice scenarios which are specifically designed for their level of competence and which reflect the communication tasks they experience in their daily work. This can include emailing, telephoning, meetings, presentations, etc., and also requires intercultural awareness and other important business skills at times.
