How can trainers be qualified for today´s training needs in the corporate world?

SKYLIGHT and specialists from three multinational companies, Henkel, Bosch and 3M Germany, have developed the train-the-trainer course CLTC-C (Communication & Language Trainer Certificate – Corporate). The course is designed to support trainers in developing training skills as required by today's corporations and is already helping many companies to enhance the quality and success of their training programmes.

The CLTC-C supports trainers in designing and delivering business process oriented training. The course places particular emphasis on setting learning goals and on measuring learning success. Furthermore, it raises trainers' awareness for the need to communicate professionally with the training manager and their clients.
