A SKYLIGHT course design is principally based on a blended learning approach. This means that face-to-face training – either individual or in small groups - is supported by a learning platform, online tasks, learner forums etc. These tools support the employee's own individual learning with targeted preparation and review of the face-to-face training activities. The face-to-face training is task-based and centres on the specific situations required by the employee's daily work or new challenges in the foreign language, e. g. meetings, presentations, negotiations, telephone calls, socialising, etc.
