Our projects concentrate on developing the language and international communication skills of our customers. They are the HRD departments of medium-sized companies as well as large corporations. Please look at the following list to gain an insight into the customers we have recently supported.

CLTC-C – Designed by business for businss

The Communication and Language Trainer Certificate – Corporate (CLTC-C) is a train-the-trainer course and certificate for language trainers in business. The course shows the trainers how to train employees of multinational corporations so they are able to communicate effectively in their jobs. Trainers learn how to create a course plan tailored to their participants´needs, implement the scenario technique and use a blended learning approach.

BOLAS – Bosch online languages assessment system for foreign language skills

The Bosch Online Language Assessment System (BOLAS) establishes which foreign language skills (on the basis of the CEF) the individual employees need in their jobs in order to achieve their business goals. A skills gap analysis in BOLAS makes learning needs and success measurable and facilitates targeted foreign language compentence management.

GOALS – Global Online Assessment for Languages

The online system was introduced at BASF in June 2011 to define the employees´ international communication skills and their learning needs. GOALS is implemented in the internal booking system and process for business language and communication training.

GOALS – Global Online Assessment for Languages

The online system was introduced at Deutsche Post in March 2009 to define the employees´ international communication skills and their learning needs. SKYLIGHT implemented the system with an individual competence grid and a questionnaire so the employees were able to evaluate their own skills themselves. Before introducing the new system, SKYLIGHT adapted the processes for language training with the customer. The new, central platform for business communication training, the internet portal "Corporate Language School" was integrated.

Training Outsourcing

SKYLIGHT carries out the language training for business English as an exclusive partner. The learning targets are defined by means of a specifically developed placement test and telephone interview, so that the the employees train the foreign language competencies.
