A new strategy leads to improved quality 
When developing an overall strategy for our clients, we analyse the company´s background in order to give targeted advice for improvement. The company´s strategy, its business goals, intercultural aspects and the various communication activities of its employees can show us the way to a successful approach. This will lead to a higher quality of training measures, a better use of available resources, optimised processes and possibly cost-savings. 

Putting the plan into practise
Having defined the objectives, SKYLIGHT draws up the complete project plan, which could include the following steps: 

  • determining learning needs
  • rethinking existing training measures
  • developing new training measures
  • introducing quality control processes
  • developing trainer awareness and skills with the train-the-trainer course CLTC-C

Throughout the whole project, the SKYLIGHT team ensures that every step will be transparent to everyone involved.
