Training outsourcing

SKYLIGHT started to offer its complete outsourcing service in International Business Communication in 2008. With our “one face to the customer” approach, we define the appropriate quality standards together with you as our customer. We then organise and monitor the actual training for your company. SKYLIGHT either uses its own trainers or ensures that the existing providers meet the appropriate quality standards. SKYLIGHT trainers have been trained and certified according to a train-the-trainer course developed jointly with Henkel, Bosch and 3M Germany, the CLTC-C.

SKYLIGHT supports the complete training process from the needs analysis, to the training itself and to assessing and evaluating the learning success. This depends on

• the target group of employees
• the training budget
• the appropriate form of training (face-to-face, virtual, blended)
• the overall strategic goals of the personnel development programme in the company

Outsourcing with trainer selection standards 
Do you sometimes wonder whether you have the right trainers for your courses? SKYLIGHT uses the trainer-specific profiles in an internal database to help training managers find the appropriate trainers to run their language training programmes. This does not mean, however, that existing trainers and training suppliers have to be excluded after SKYLIGHT has been engaged as an outsourcing contractor. Existing trainers often have specific company knowledge that they have acquired over the years and that is extremely valuable to the company. The aim is to have trainers that fit to the company´s needs.
